KVE was started 14 years ago to transport learners to schools. It became a trusted transport company to many schools and has expanded since by providing specialised/ customised transport services to communities. KVE changed its name to KVE-driven and partners communities to satisfy their transport needs.
The new co-owners and management team are: Janus Koortzen (managing director) who is responsible for building positive relationships with the respective communities; and Piet Ramodike (services manager) who is responsible for the satisfaction of clients and customers. They have been in business together for two decades and are passionate about ways to be of service to the community and individuals.
They will be supported by an experienced team: Kirsten Wannenburgh (office manager) who is responsible for the business relationship with clients and customers; and Daniel Moabelo (operational supervisor) who is responsible for the monitoring of the professionalism and trustworthiness of drivers; and the reliability of vehicles.
We are committed to the safety of our customers and have implemented strict policies about health and safety including risk adjusted Covid-19 protocols. We need to partner our customers in this regard and will ask all customers to sign a code of conduct for the benefit of fellow customers.
We have and continue to invest in our drivers and vehicles – the essence of our service. They need to be compliant with legal requirements (citizens, drivers licences, criminal checks), have the required skills and more importantly demonstrate the specialised care towards our customers. Drivers are manage through tracking systems and customers will be requested on a regular basis to rate the service of their drivers.
